Pierre-François Ouellette art contemporain and Stephen Bulger Gallery are proud to present Meryl McMaster at The Photography Show in New York, until April 7th.
Join us at Booth 1000 where we will be exhibiting work from McMaster's new series, As Immense as the Sky.
For this work, she travelled to locations across Canada retracing the steps of her ancestors, sought wisdom in places of ancestral life, as well as listened to the truths of relatives, Elders, friends, and peoples who traversed this land before her. Creating elaborate costumes, McMaster dresses and performs for the camera, re-telling tales through a personally transformative photographic process.
