"I'm calling these 'modified watercolor monotypes'. I'm painting with watercolor on a small square wooden block and then laying a piece of wet paper on the painted surface; then another woodblock goes on top of the paper and I squeeze them together with clamps to press the painting into the paper; after the impression is made, more watercolor is brushed in.
