As well as using the pfoac221 project space as a studio during his time in Montreal, Ed Pien will conduct four participatory drawing sessions open to the public. Visitors can contribute to the artist's drawing process by making a quick drawing on site that Ed Pien will use as the starting point for a section of a larger drawing. Eventually the visitors' drawings will be covered entirely but will remain as part of the archaeology of the final drawing.
