Pierre-François Ouellette art contemporain is delighted to be invited by the Foire en art actuel de Québec to participate in this important Quebec City event, whose concept revolves around a curated central exhibition. PFOAC was honoured to be invited to the very first edition in 2013 with Chih-Chien Wang. It is with great pleasure that we have prepared for this year's edition a selection of works by the gallery's artists in dialogue with the theme chosen by curator Sevia Pellisier "Courtepointe - rapiécer les morceaux" [“Quilt - patching the pieces”]. PFOAC will present a mosaic of small-scale works by the gallery's artists and a large-scale quilt entitled "Pas d'état" by August Klintberg in collaboration with Violet Combden, Millicent Dwyer and Lillian Dwyer from Fogo Island, Nova Scotia.
